Fortuna Floral

I would like to begin by saying the customer service was truly exceptional. What initially started as a disappointment was quickly turned into a wonderful and memorable experience. For my son’s senior prom, I ordered the “Blue Heaven” corsage. When he picked it up on the day of the event, it was unfortunately purple instead of blue, and I could immediately sense his disappointment. I called to explain the situation, and the team responded with genuine kindness and professionalism. They were very apologetic for the mix-up and acted quickly to resolve the issue. Without hesitation, they created a new corsage that was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned. My son and his girlfriend were beyond happy with the final result, and that meant so much to us. I truly appreciate the care, attention, and prompt resolution. I will absolutely be using Fortuna Florist again for my daughter’s upcoming dances. Thank you for turning the situation around and delivering such an outstanding experience.

The most lovely and nicest ladies at this flower shop made this gorgeous flower bouquet for a birthday gift, with the most gorgeous lily’s. I would a million times recommend this place, it’s so worth it!!!!

I was looking for goth glam bridal shower arrangements, but with no inspo photos to convey what I was looking for. They knocked it out of the park. The pieces came out exactly as I was hoping: a little rustic, a little spooky, a little glam, very unique, and perfect for the bride and the venue. We could not have been happier.

I am so happy with this Florist shop, I called on a Saturday with an emergency need for my son to get a corsage, everyone was closed but the lady made a special exception for my emergency, met me at the shop and literally saved the day. She only had one left and she definitely was a godsent. It was beautiful and perfect. I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart 💜 10 outta 10 would recommend going here for all your arrangement needs. I will definitely be seeing them again. They had so many beautiful arrangements. The lady was so nice and helpful. Thank you so much 💖💖💖🌹💐🌺🌷
